The Neosho Great American Flag Program is a community service project proudly sponsored by the Rotary Club of Neosho. This program gives residents and businesses an easy way to show their patriotism while directly supporting local service projects that make a difference right here in our community.

When you participate, a large American flag (3’x5’) will be proudly displayed at your home or business on major patriotic holidays throughout the year.

How It Works

When you sign up for the Neosho Great American Flag Program, Rotary volunteers will:

• Install a professionally maintained American flag at your location

• Raise the flag on each designated holiday

• Take the flag down at the end of the holiday

• Handle storage, maintenance, and replacement as needed

You don’t have to worry about a thing — we take care of everything.

Your participation helps:

• Promote patriotism and civic pride throughout Neosho

• Support Rotary service projects that benefit our local community

• Create a unified, patriotic look across neighborhoods and businesses on important national holidays

Every flag you see flying is a visible reminder of neighbors supporting neighbors.

Holidays Flags Are Displayed

Flags are displayed on the following patriotic holidays:

• Memorial Day

• Flag Day (June 14)

• Independence Day (July 4)

• Labor Day 

• Veterans Day (November 11)

Cost to Participate

Participation is available for an annual donation of $50, which covers all installation, labor, equipment, and flag maintenance. Funds raised stay local and are reinvested directly into Rotary projects serving the Neosho community.

Once registered, Rotary volunteers will contact you if any additional details are needed.
